Driveline Midlothian Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, parking lot maintenance, and related services in Midlothian, TX and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost for each project are determined on a per-project basis and documented in a written estimate or contract prior to the start of any work. This Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services at any particular price.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Driveline Midlothian Asphalt Paving are based on conditions observed during an on-site visit and information provided by the customer at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may differ from the original estimate if site conditions change, additional work is required, or material costs shift significantly. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work that falls outside the original estimate.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times. We make reasonable efforts to complete work within the timeframe communicated at the time of scheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a scheduling or mobilization fee if materials have already been ordered or equipment has been dispatched. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, or other conditions outside our control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written contract or invoice provided for each project. For residential projects, payment is generally due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. For commercial or larger projects, progress payments or a deposit may be required prior to mobilization.

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or decline future work for accounts with outstanding balances. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of project agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, equipment, and personal property prior to the scheduled start time
• Provide accurate information about the property and scope of work when requesting an estimate
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure in the work area
• Follow all post-service instructions regarding curing times, traffic restrictions, and surface care

Warranty

Any warranty offered by Driveline Midlothian Asphalt Paving applies to the workmanship and materials used in your specific project and will be described in your written agreement. Warranty coverage is void if:

• The work area was modified, driven on, or otherwise disturbed before the specified cure time
• Damage results from causes outside our control, including extreme weather, flooding, tree root intrusion, or underlying soil failure not identified at the time of the estimate
• The customer failed to follow post-service care instructions provided by our crew

We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in your written project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Driveline Midlothian Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
